And… there she was Betty Halbreich, at 85 years old, NY’s go-to personal shopper, creator of her own job. Betty served the high society ladies and celebrities find the perfect frock for the past 40 years. From Meryl Streep to Estee Lauder, from Sarah Jessica Parker to Lauren Bacall, she seized them all with her gifted eye. I just adored her sharp eye and even sharper tongue. I’m in my late 20s and I’m still trying to figure out my style (if I'll ever have one) and who knows, maybe, I’ll create my own job.Please find this blog scrupulously practical considering my brassy personality.
